Chef Alejandro was born in Venezuela, he is a chef with a deep appreciation for international cuisine which was developed at an early age growing up in Maracaibo. Alejandro’s passion for cooking is rooted in a family tradition going back three generations. He attended the School for Food and Hotel Management in Buenos Aires, Argentina in which he showed a natural talent for cooking, excelling in all his courses. He also attended the Chef Institute Gato Dumas in Argentina and the famous Le Cordon Blue in France. From there, his professional career took off with no geographic boundaries. His never-ending quest for the ultimate experience in finding exotic and exquisite flavors has taken him all over the world, providing unprecedented knowledge often translated on his signature dishes. He is also a frequent participant in international competitions in food shows in the US and Latin America.
